Amy and Jacquilynn have been working together creatively since 2012, first as professional dancers, and now as hair and makeup artists. Their shared values of honesty, kindness, open mindedness and attention to detail creates a unique experience for each of their guests. Though no longer in the dance world, that background has provided them with invaluable skill sets. They work very well under pressure, and understand that special days are similar in many ways to a performance in front of an audience- you want to look your best at every angle.

Amy always adored doing hair and makeup from a young age, and had a chance to explore with it during her career in the performing arts. She began hair school in 2017, and had the idea to create Bewitching Beauty Events shortly after.

Amy is the “big picture” planner of BBE. She loves everything about the beauty industry, and the creative freedoms she can take with her career. Communication is key- she will always walk her clients through every step of the service and ensure their voice is heard. Amy is committed to making you look your best while also looking uniquely, you.

Jacquilynn knew from a very young age that she wanted to do two things- dance and hair. That’s exactly what she did upon moving to Saint Louis at the age of 17. She loves meeting new people, and she cherishes the bonds she builds with her clients.

She is the “small details” brain that is so essential to every business, no stone goes left unturned when it comes to the vision of your special day or event. Though she isn’t involved in the performing arts anymore, she draws from that background constantly. Jaci is all about open communication, and wants to make sure you love the end result of your time together.
